Liquid Oxygen

Liquid oxygen forms at minus 183 celsius and has several interesting properties. Did you know, for instance, that it’s magnetic? It’s also the best oxidiser there is so it’s pretty useful for burning stuff.

Why is liquid oxygen used as a rocket propellant?  Peter looks at its paramagnetic properties and how you can use it to incinerate your breakfast cereal.
